About Poline Yiu, RPA-C

Poline Yiu, RPA-C, is a caring physician assistant at GI Health’s two locations in Brooklyn, New York, and Lower Manhattan, New York. She is proud to serve patients living throughout the Greater New York City metro region.

Poline earned her Bachelor of Science in toxicology at St. John's University in New York City. She then completed a physician assistant program at Staten Island University Hospital in New York City. 

She has been treating gastrointestinal and liver disease alongside Anthony Ng, MD, at GI Health since 2007. Poline has special interests in treating hepatitis B as well as gastrointestinal and liver diseases in women. To better serve a wider range of patients, she is trilingual and fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Outside of practicing medicine, Poline has participated in several educational activities on hepatitis B to better inform the Chinese community. She is passionate about health care education and strives to spread knowledge to those around her.
